White tea is known as a fat blocker, preventing new fat cells from forming. It is the least processed and richest in antioxidants. It can be beneficial to the kidneys and and good for the heart and teeth. It improves memory, helps with digestion and is anti-aging.
Directions: Use 1 Tbls per 8oz. cup. Let boiling water cool slighlty before pouring over leaves. Steep 3 minutes. Strain
