Gotu Kola is considered the most spiritual of herbs in India and is known to develop the crown chakra. It is an important rejuvenative in Ayurvedic Medicine. This anti-spasmodic, adaptogenic,nervine, is used for fatigue and depression. It calms and clarifies the mind, improves circulation and nerve health, balances brain hemispheres, improves memory and intelligence. It is a multitasking herb for the multitasker. It has been used for anxiety and stress, fatigue, the common cold, blood pressure by releiving tension and anxiety in the arteries.  This herb is generally safe, even for children, though you should be cautious when combined with blood-thinning medications.
