Some of the health benefits of white tea are, anti-bacterial properties, reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke, great for teeth and gums, may lower risk of type 2 diabetes. Studies have shown that it improves insulin sensitivity and reduce blood sugar. Contains the same amount of anti-oxidants as green tea,but in greater quantity.
White tea has the least amount of caffeine, approx 28 mg.
